Description
OPINION (For Publication) BILLINGS, Presiding Judge: Defendant Gaylynn Singleton appeals her conviction for possession of a controlled substance, a third degree felony, in violation
of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(2)(a)(i) (Supp. 1992). She argues the warrant on which the search of her residence was
based was not supported by probable cause, and thus the trial court erred by failing to suppress evidence obtained during
the search of her home. We affirm.
